Life Writing & Time to Write

Tuesday 31st October to Sunday 5th November 2017

At Bosloe, near Durgan on the Helford Passage

We are delighted to be returning to the stunning setting of Bosloe, overlooking the Helford Passage, for an autumn retreat. The theme for this retreat is Life Writing, with a series of stimulating morning workshops in which you can explore this endlessly fascinating genre. If you simply want time to get on with a project, whether life writing or another genre, Bosloe offers time and space to write whilst enjoying the company of other writers, plus you can sign up for our one-to-one sessions for support and tuition.

Our guest author is Philip Marsden, award-winning author of travel writing, fiction and non-fiction, including The Bronski House, The Spirit-Wrestlers, The Levelling Sea and, most recently, Rising Ground (Granta, 2014). Philip will join us for dinner on Wednesday evening, and he will hold a life writing workshop on Thursday morning. . ARRIVALS

You should end your week having made significant progress with your writing and with a whole host of ideas and skills to take away.

You can book your place here and find an outline programme for the week here.
